Organize your home to conserve energy. For example, keep a set of items you need regularly next to the chair, sofa or bed where you spend most of your time i.e., phone, pencil, paper, nail file so you don’t have to keep getting up to get them.
Always put your keys in the same place so you don’t have to search the house every time you need to go somewhere.
Get your bath towel and washcloth the night before for your morning shower/bath or towel or the other way around. Also, as we use to do when we were in school, pick and put out or clothes the night before.
Prepare meals ahead of time. Freeze any leftovers for quick meals, just remember to pull them out the night or day before.
